We operate a semi-industrial bakery with around 200 staff and a daily production that includes 4–5,000 loaves of tin bread, a wide range of sweet buns, croissants, Danish toast bread, and soft Japanese-style rolls. For over 20 years we relied on a dosing unit supplied by our local distributor, so when our previous Danish supplier stopped production, we needed a reliable replacement that matched the functionality our team was used to.
KOLB – Hong Kong
In a 1,500 m² bakery with a team of 12 dedicated employees, daily production reaches an impressive 2,000 kg of artisanal breads and sweets. With such volume, every detail matters, especially water dosing, one of the most essential steps in achieving consistent dough quality.
PMG – Portugal
At this wholesale bakery, a team of around 15 full-time and part-time employees works daily to supply a wide range of flatbreads. Their main production is pita bread, complemented by other flatbread varieties and traditional sweets like baklava. With a steady workflow and an established product range, efficiency and simplicity play a major role in keeping production running smoothly.
